JEWELRY CARE FOR GOLD ITEMS

CLEANING IS BEST DONE WITH DISH SOAP AND A SOFT BRISTLE  BRUSH TO DISLODGE ANY DEBREE OR OIL ON YOUR JEWELRY.  IN ORDER TO SPARKLE. AFTER A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF WEAR YOU MAY WANT TO HAVE IT PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED. ANY JEWELRY STORE SHOULD HAVE THE APPROPRIATE TOOLS TO CLEAN YOUR PIECE. 

DIAMONDS AND OTHER GEMSTONE RINGS ESPECIALLY THOSE WITH PRONG SETTINGS SHOULD BE CHECKED FOR SECURITY PERIODICALLY AND WORN WITH CARE. DELICATE STONES IN DAINTY RINGS ARE PARTICULARLY PRONE TO WEAR AND TEAR FROM OUR ACTIVE LIFESTYLES.  SIMPLY GETTING FROM PLACE TO PLACE CAN BE DAMAGING TO FINE JEWELRY. CIRCUMSTANCES AS COMMON AS BUMPING INTO METAL HAND RAILS OR OPENING A CAR DOOR CAN CAUSE SHIFTING AND LOOSEN STONE SETTINGS.

ESPECIALLY ROUGH STONES & DIAMOND SHAVINGS THAT ARE NOT SYMMETRICALLY CUT FOR SETTING IN JEWELRY SHOULD BE WORN WITH EXTRA CARE. AND CHECK FREQUENTLY TO BE SURE STONES ARE SECURE.

ALL SILVER USED IS NICKEL FREE. ALL CASTING ARE EXECUTED IN THE CLEANEST WAY POSSIBLE.

DIAMONDS USED ARE FROM LEGITIMATE SOURCES NOT INVOLVED IN CONFLICT IN COMPLIANCE WITH UNITED NATIONS RESOLUTIONS.

CUSTOM ORDERS

A REQUISITE DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TO THE COST OF THE FINAL PIECE. DEPOSIT RANGES FROM $500 TO HALF OF THE ESTIMATED COST.

CANCELLATIONS

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED IT IS PUT INTO WORK IMMEDIATELY AND ALTHOUGH WE WILL DO WHAT WE CAN WE CAN NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.

RETURN POLICY

PLEASE EMAIL PHOTOS, REASON FOR RETURN, FULL MAILING ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT FOR REVIEW AND AUTHORIZATION.  PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY RETURN WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT WILL BE RETURNED. 
ALL PRODUCTS INCLUDING CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. CUSTOM ORDERS WILL BE MODIFIED AT DISCRETION OF THE TEAM IF FOR SOME REASON THE ORDER DOES NOT GO AS PLANNED. WE OFFER REPAIR SERVICES. ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT.

RETURN SHIPPING

PLEASE PACK JEWELRY IN A WELL-PADDED CONTAINER TO AVOID ANY  DAMAGE IN TRANSIT. SHIPPING INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED.  HOWEVER, WE'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES CANNOT BE REFUNDED.  RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES CANNOT BE REFUNDED.  


ANY RETURN WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OR THE PROVIDED RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF EACH PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

REPAIRS POLICY

WE OFFER A FREE STONE REPLACEMENT FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS OF WEAR.  ANY DAMAGE THAT OCCURS FROM NORMAL WEAR WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASE WILL BE REPAIRED FOR A REASONABLE FEE.  DELICATE DIAMOND BANDS OCCASIONALLY SEE LOSS OF STONES. PLEASE CHECK STONES REGULARLY TO MAKE SURE THEY'RE NOT LOOSE.  

TO HAVE AN ITEM REPAIRED, AN RETURNS AUTHORIZATION MUST BE ADMINISTERED BY CONTACTING US ONLINE WITH REASON FOR RETURN, CLEAR PHOTOS AND ALL PERTINENT CONTACT AND MAILING INFORMATION.  

 ONCE ASSESSED AND APPROVED, OUR REPAIRS TEAM WILL PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS.

ALL REPAIR REQUESTS SUBMITTED AFTER 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASE ARE SUBJECT TO MATERIAL AND LABOR FEES. THE SAME POLICY APPLIES TO JEWELRY DAMAGED OR BROKEN UNDER EXTREME CONDITIONS WITHIN THE 6 MONTH LIMIT. ONCE THE RETURN REQUEST IS ASSESSED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ESTIMATE. ONCE YOU’VE APPROVED THE ESTIMATE AND RETURNED THE DAMAGED PIECE TO OUR STUDIOS, WE WILL HAPPILY REPAIR YOUR ITEMS. REPAIR FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO THE RELEASE OF ANY JEWELRY.
DO NOT SHIP DAMAGED ITEMS TO US WITHOUT RECEIVING WRITTEN CONSENT TO DO SO PLEASE. THANK YOU.

ELECTIVE REPAIRS

FOR ELECTIVE REPAIRS SUCH AS CHAIN LENGTHENING OR RESIZING, OR REPAIRS AFTER SIX MONTHS, REASONABLE SERVICE FEES WILL APPLY. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ROUNDTRIP SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES. WE DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE REQUESTS, BUT DUE TO THE NATURE OF SOME PRODUCTS WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO MEET ALL REQUESTS. WE WILL DO WHAT WE CAN.
